Features & Applications:
Agglomerated flux SJ301 is a silicon-calcium neutral sintered flux
and its basicity is about 1.0.
This combination is used for high speed welding structures made by
or equivalent tensile strength low alloy steels.
such as boilers and pressure vessels. It is suitable for large heat
input welding of multi-layer welding, multi-pass welding as well as
both sides multi-pass welding.

To avoid rust the wire must be kept in dry condition and keep the
package in good condition also before welding.
The flux should be re-baked at 300℃-350℃ for 1-2 hours before use.
The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned away impurities of oil
contamination, rust, moisture and so on.
The welding conditions mentioned above for reference only and it is
better to do a welding procedure qualification according to project
before put it into formal welding.
